We love new clients but can't always accommodate them quickly.  Please give us time to find the perfect spot for your first visit.  We always allow more time for these clients so that we may adequately address your needs and concerns .

We understand emergencies and life happens but please give us 24 hours notice. No shows and late cancellations will be charged a rebooking fee should a future appointment be scheduled. No show gift certificate appointments will be forfeited.

We reserve your time just for you and when you do not show this means someone else could have had your time.  No shows will be charged half of the service cost at the next appointment. 

Gift certificates can be redeemed for products as well as services.  Please note your expiration date on your gift certificate.  For booking keeping purposes, we cannot accept grossly expired certificates. If you no show at your appointment your gift certificate value will be reduced to half of its original amount. 

We offer discounts for those with referrals! So let us know who referred you so that you both can save on your next service over $65.
